There is no We.
without you.

We. is a place where things happen, where inspiration sparks and crackles, a brain-expanding, team-driven community of communicators. With a common belief that we are better … because we are together.

Meaning of We.

More than a name, it’s a mindset:
Together, we can run toward the hard stuff.

Our name, We., is more than just a word — it’s a reflection of our founders and our values. The ‘‘W’’ comes from Waggener and the “E” from Edstrom, honoring Melissa Waggener Zorkin and Pam Edstrom’s bold vision. They built this agency on a simple yet powerful belief: real strength comes from working together. That spirit of collaboration continues to drive us today, reminding us that when we combine talents and ideas, we can achieve more than any one person could alone.

This truth continues to guide us today. Together, we are built to go further. To challenge assumptions. To uncover the most powerful meaning than connects people. That’s how we drive lasting change. That is how we make real progress.

Converge 45

The arts are essential to a city’s vitality. We. worked with nonprofit Converge 45 to focus national attention on issues important to Portlanders and provided a bit of economic stimulus for the Rose City in the process.

Inclusivity in the Outdoors

During the winter months, Seattle-based employee Hilary Garman volunteers with Outdoors for All, a group that helps more than 2,400 children and adults with disabilities build skills, confidence, and independence through adaptive outdoor activities. Hilary makes use of We.’s Volunteer Time Off — paid time off to participate in volunteer activities — to teach adaptive skiing at Snoqualmie Pass. It’s one way she shows her commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for all people —and to civic engagement, health and well-being, and the environment.

Spreading Joy in the Community

The active volunteers of We. London focus their community efforts on inclusive food security, equality education and the environment. In December 2024, a 45-person team partnered with HandsOnLondon to decorate and pack essential kits and giggle bags for men and children in challenging circumstances. The kits were distributed throughout the capital to people who needed them most. Making our We. volunteers’ holiday season feel brighter as well.

Making a Difference, One Step at a Time

From volunteering with Children’s Wishing Well to providing food for orphanages and homeless individuals, Sydney-based employee Suhanna Yazami is dedicated to giving back. Indeed, she goes the extra mile to volunteer and fundraise for vital causes. Literally. Suhanna has run for charity at City to Surf to raise money for Médecins Sans Frontières Australia. With her team, she completed the Cancer Council Australia’sThe Longest Day, playing 72 rounds of golf to support cancer research. Suhanna’s passion for supporting vulnerable communities demonstrates the power of community action and perseverance — and makes her an inspiration to her We. teammates.
