HEINEKEN

Practical AI training for 500+ global corporate affairs experts

Background

As one of the world’s largest brewers and distributors, Heineken has an incredibly diverse footprint of staff across 30+ markets and sub-businesses.

With each staff member of their corporate and public affairs teams at a different stage of their AI adoption journey, We. crafted AI workflow and use case trainings that advanced AI confidence and adoption across the entire global footprint.

The Approach:

We created a custom dual-track approach: train global staff on approved AI tools and guidelines for immediate impact while our global HQ session interrogated future possibilities to transform campaign development and toolkits.

Our global trainings across APAC and Americas took staff through a Heineken relevant workflow, showing how CoPilot features can assist end-to-end. We localized use cases to several different markets and languages, showing the importance of best practice principles plus adaptation across geographies and cultures for ideal outcomes.

Our HQ session interrogated AI readiness, possibilities, and risk appetite for global corporate and public affairs. We worked with leaders to test comfort levels and possibilities about AI applied to integrated intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and sensitive use cases. The session showed some powerful cases studies and potential AI applications that inspired the team to new possibilities.

The Impact:

From small markets to global HQ, we helped hundreds of Heineken's global corporate and public affairs staff advance their individual AI journeys further toward confidence and impactful usage.
