About

Tiffany

At We., Tiffany leads client development, the agency’s client service and engagement program. She develops creative solutions that boost brand reputation and business success for the agency’s client relationships. A trusted advisor to many, she has a keen understanding of what clients need and ensures agency teams are prepared in the ever-changing landscape of communications.

Tiffany created the We. Effect, the agency’s client service model that defines the mindset and principles needed to produce positive results for our clients. This initiative includes in-depth programming and educational opportunities for employees, an immersive playbook, and a standardized approach to client onboarding and scorecards. The way We. partners with clients is a decades-long agency hallmark, and We. Effect helps sustain it.

Tiffany is a communications entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. During her early years at We., Tiffany supported high-profile consumer and advertising campaigns for Microsoft, forming decades-long relationships with the pioneers of tech/business journalism.  She built the agency’s Consumer sector and portfolio from the ground up by taking educated risks, listening and inspiring best-in-class work.

In addition to client development, Tiffany oversees the Consumer and Technology Sectors in North America. Both sectors have worked with many of the world’s most admired consumer and tech companies, including Microsoft, LEGO, Lyft, McDonald’s, Intel, PwC, Volvo, iRobot, Patreon and many more. At We., she has been instrumental in expanding this client roster and scaling communications strategies that deliver with creativity and measurable results. She also led the team that won the agency’s first Cannes Lions Awards, including Gold in the Automotive & Transport category and Silver in Real-Time Response.

Recognized as a PRWeek Hall of Femme honoree, Tiffany is passionate about collaboration, mentorship and fostering the next generation of purpose-driven communicators. She has volunteered as a fundraiser for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and serves on the Auction of Washington Wines board to support the growth and awareness of the state’s wine industry.

Outside work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, reading and embracing new hobbies like needlepoint, and walking as a break from screen time.
