Stephanie Marchesi

Stephanie leads We.’s award-winning global health sector, advising companies working in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, and digital health and devices on effective communications to reach stakeholders and to deliver better health solutions to people throughout the world. She is based in New York City and serves on the Global Leadership Team and the North America Leadership Team, with particular focus on the Eastern Region.  

A business builder and deep strategic thinker, with an innate ability to diagnose clients’ central business problems, Stephanie guides organizations beyond traditional approaches to integrated, transformational communications solutions that help them break through and make a meaningful difference. We.’s North American health sector, which she built from the ground up, was named the 2025 Outstanding Agency Practice for US Healthcare by PRWeek.  

Before We., Stephanie held leadership positions at some of the largest public relations firms in the world, including Fleishman Hillard, Ketchum, MSL Group and Burson (previously Cohn & Wolfe and GCI), where she counseled Fortune 500 consumer and technology companies, as well as advised on health, product, corporate and executive communications.  

Stephanie serves on the advisory board for iSPY Technologies, is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and was a board member of YPO New York City Chapter.  

She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons. She loves to cook and finds yoga helps her balance it all. She travels — a lot — so look for her at an airport near you.
