Kass

Kass leads international markets for We., including EMEA, APAC and China. He also drives successful collaboration with We.’s partner and affiliate agencies including Codeword, and directs the agency’s integrated services: strategy and insight, data and analytics, digital experiences and creative.  

A member of the Global Executive Team at We., Kass oversees multimarket teams delivering integrated communications and marketing work for clients including Volvo, The FSC, Microsoft, Intel, Abbott, Reckitt, University of Washington and Johnson & Johnson. He ensures that the right people with the right skills and experiences are positioned to perform at their best, so the agency delivers exceptional work, business impact and enduring brand equity for clients.

Kass previously worked at leading global agencies including Wunderman, FCB, DDB and TBWA Chiat/Day before joining We. in 2015. For clients in more than 40 countries, he’s led teams that have earned Cannes Lions, Effies, ADDYs, Webbys, DMAs, and PRWeek and PRovoke Awards.  

Kass is a board member and mentor for The LAGRANT Foundation, promoting greater racial diversity and career opportunities in the PR and communications industry. He was previously a board member for the PR Council, where he continues to provide counsel and support. He also supports amateur athletics in the Pacific Northwest through his membership in the WAC 101 Club.

In his spare time, Kass can be found with family and friends on the water in the Pacific Northwest, hiking in Washington’s Olympic Mountains, and traveling the world.
