Dawn is responsible for growing We.’s global client roster and overseeing the agency’s health, consumer and technology sectors in North America. She has been part of the agency’s global leadership team since 2010.
Under Dawn’s leadership, We. has developed a laser focus on — and robust reputation for — collaboration and customer centricity. She has been a driving force in expanding the agency’s capabilities and services, ensuring brands stay ahead in an increasingly complex and ever-evolving communications landscape. During her 20-plus years at We., she’s overseen consistent growth in the agency’s technology portfolio, helping brands including Microsoft, AT&T, Volvo, Cisco, SAP and dozens more strengthen reputation, navigate disruption and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
Equally comfortable counseling emerging and multinational Fortune 500 companies, Dawn is an authority on business transformation, corporate reputation, behavior change, influencer programs and brand narrative. Her expertise in executive communications has made her a key advisor to senior leaders during high-stakes moments and important company transitions.
Dawn was named a PRWeek 40 Under 40 honoree in 2010 and is an active member of the Arthur W. Page Society’s Page Up group. She is passionate about the people she works with and is always most energized when tackling the next big client challenge or opportunity.
